Land

Placing land into trust in order to preserve the affordability of the housing build upon it is a key mission of the Piedmont Community Land Trust. The PCLT gladly accepts donations of developable land and/or residential properties. To learn more about donating property to the PCLT, please contact us.

In-Kind Contributions

The PCLT gladly accepts in-kind contributions of building materials and energy-efficient appliances that fit the design plans of our homes. If you are interested in making an in-kind contribution, please contact us.

Estate Giving

Leave a legacy by making a charitable gift to the Piedmont Community Land Trust through your estate plans. Because so much of our work is about ensuring that we create permanently affordable assets, legacy gifts or planned gifts are indispensable to the PCLT and the community.
